So here are some pictures from our trip to Santa Barbara last weekend.  It was an utter delight...


first thing's first... we headed out on our bikes to seize the Isla Vista day...



then we smoked a bowl...

we enjoyed some rayssssss...


and then met up with Izzy's dude and his friends and did it up...

 


pretty much great time.  Much needed break from life in LaLa.


Right now I'm just hanging out.  Taking a night off from boys... booze... but not blunts.  Iz and I just finished smoking.  I have a lot of homework I need to get done, but whatever that's what Sunday night is for.  So instead I'm just kicking it with a trashy magazine, some weed, Golden Girls, and my roommates.

Chase knows about Nathan.  I'm glad it's all out there in the open.  I don't know how long this can go on for... but I'm not going to over think it righ tnow.

What else have I been up to???  My brother, sister, and I went to the pier the other day.  It was ridiculously fun.  Maya is such a wonderful girl... everything that was going on with my mom when I started high school is going on for her... and I just get worried that she's going to end up like me... I just hope that my dad's able to keep her in check.  Anyways, Michael didn't come with us.  I think Ian invited him but Michael and I haven't really spoken since that dinner last week.  Oh well, I tried.

Shooot I'm tired.  Over n' out.

it has been a seriously rough day. Not at all what i had expected. On one hand I had a really wonderful time with my father - we talked economic and social theory while eating a delicious quiche. He bought me a new toy which I have to say I am experiencing mild guilt about I feel like I don't deserve to be spoiled the way that I am. Anyways so my day was pretty good until michael called and wanted to try and do dinner now that he knows I am open to talking. Well let me tell you it ended up with me in tears at katsu-ya with my moms tennis partner sitting two tables away watching on which of course led to a phone call from my mom not even an hour later berating me for being a public scene and asking me if I could please reserve my hysteria for a restaruant catering to fewer people of importance. Whatever. I think I just need a family escape. Iz and I are talking about a Santa barabara or palm springs trip within the next few days which is just what the doctor ordered I do believe. Chin up jillian you've got it pretty good this is just one bad day amongst thousands of wonderful ones.

Okay so three quirky habits that I have...

1.  I don't know if this is quirky or sick... but whenever I go to taco bell I get extra mild sauces and then eat them plain straight from the packet.

2.  I like to watch the home shopping network in the morning when I eat breakfast.

3.  I love using baby spoons to eat ice cream.

I'm sure I have more... but it said only three.
